More than an annual festival, the celebration reflected how local leaders are combining tradition, governance, and community participation to strengthen stability in a province that has experienced decades of conflict.

Provincial leaders, headed by Governor Abdusakur A. Tan II and Vice Governor Abdusakur M. Tan, joined municipal officials and residents in commemorating Talipao's founding anniversary. The event emphasized preserving local identity while supporting a stronger future for the municipality.

The celebration served as more than a ceremonial occasion. It brought together government officials, community leaders, and partner organizations around a common message that peace and development depend on cooperation, shared responsibility, and pride in local heritage.

One of the most significant moments of the celebration was the inauguration of Talipao's new Arts and Cultural Development Center inside the Municipal Hall. Representatives of the Philippine Army's 1103rd Infantry Brigade joined local officials and residents, reaffirming support for community-centered peace initiatives and cooperation with local government units.
